My speciality is launching what hasn't been built before — where no one has a ready playbook. Camunda 8 in a live bank from zero. A China-import automation product from idea to working SaaS. Computer vision for AdTech before AI frameworks existed.
On the technical side I dive into everything myself first, then delegate where needed. On the business side — same approach. I've run P&L, hired teams of 15, negotiated contracts, and reviewed PRs in the same week.
I work extensively with AI models in practice — Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, OpenAI — testing APIs, integrating them into products, and evaluating quality for real use cases. Including Camunda's built-in AI capabilities for process automation.
