Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website uravin.me and subdomains and the "Mandus Import Copilot" accessible at the current web site. By accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The website uravin.me and its associated services are owned and operated by Uravin d.o.o., located at Montenegro, Ulcinj, Kosovska ulica b.b., with Tax Identification Number (PIB): 03480836.
Transaction Currency
All transactions and service prices are clearly indicated in USD ($). For customers using cards linked to accounts in other currencies, the transaction amount will be converted by your card issuer at their prevailing exchange rate.
Delivery of Digital Services
"Mandus Import Copilot" provides digital services via the website. Upon successful payment confirmation, the service is activated immediately (instant delivery) as a pdf file within the Telegram bot interface. No physical shipping is involved.
User Responsibilities & Legal Restrictions
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of our bot complies with all local, national, and international laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. The user assumes all risks associated with his legal restrictions regarding the sale or delivery of goods/services facilitated by this bot.
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form provided by a payments operator. The security of data during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, so the entire billing process is carried out on the processor's website. At no time is the payment card data accessible to our system.
Secure payments are always processing. Your card data is never stored on our servers.
Delivery Terms and Timelines
Service Delivery
All products offered on uravin.me and in the bot are digital. Upon successful payment confirmation, the service is delivered instantly through the "Mandarin Bot" interface on Telegram.
Delivery Timeline
The processing of reports begins immediately after the transaction is authorized. Standard reports (1688 and basic company analysis) are generated and delivered within 1-5 minutes.
Technical Access
Access to the service is granted via the Telegram account used during the registration/payment process. No physical shipping is required, and no physical goods will be sent.
Confirmation
A digital receipt and notification of service activation will be sent to the user within the bot interface or to the registered email address.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Right of Withdrawal & Refunds
Since our service provides instant digital access, refunds are generally processed only if the service was not delivered due to technical failure on our side. You have the right to submit a refund request within 14 days of the transaction by emailing us at info@uravin.me.
Refunds are not available once the analysis report has been generated and delivered to the user.
Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital products, a refund is granted if:
- The service was not delivered due to a technical failure of our system.
- Double payment occurred for the same service due to a system error.
- The report was not generated within 24 hours of successful payment.
Complaint Resolution Procedure
If you are dissatisfied with the service or encounter a technical issue:
- Contact us at info@uravin.me or via the bot Feedback button.
- Provide your transaction ID and a brief description of the issue.
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 7 business days.
Method of Refund
MANDATORY CLAUSE
In the case of a refund for a payment made by card, the funds will be returned exclusively to the same card used for the original transaction. As per banking regulations: "In the event of a refund to a customer who previously paid with a card, the funds will be returned exclusively through Visa, EC/MC, and Maestro payment methods."
Legal Restrictions and User Responsibility
The user is solely responsible for being aware of and complying with all local, national, and international laws, regulations, and restrictions regarding the use of our digital services and the information provided. By using our services, the user confirms that they are not violating any legal restrictions in their jurisdiction related to the purchase and delivery of our digital data services. The company shall not be held liable for any legal consequences arising from the user's non-compliance with their local laws.
Customer complaints are handled through a structured 3-step process:
Submission
The customer submits a complaint via email (info@uravin.me) or the dedicated support link in the Telegram bot, providing the transaction ID.
Review
Our support team acknowledges the request within 24–48 hours and verifies the technical logs or delivery status.
Resolution
If the complaint is valid (e.g., service not delivered), we either manually re-generate the report or initiate a full refund to the original payment card. All issues are aimed to be resolved within 7 business days. Customers are notified of the outcome via their original contact method.
